Allegation of False Resume By ARDC

BEFORE THE HEARING BOARD OF THE:

The ARDC has filed a complaint against a lawyer alleging that the lawyer submitted false information on a resume to obtain employment from a state agency.

Comment:

Obviously, this is a complaint and it has not been subjected to a test of proof. This is important for lawyers because it means that a misrepresentation on a resume is not only unwise, but it can subject the lawyer to professional discipline.
