ARDC Review Board Recommends Six Month Suspension for Former Judge

The ARDC Review Board has recommended a six-month suspension for a former judge who dismissed a traffic citation issued to the daughter of another judge.

If the rumors are true, this practice was a common one many years ago. Obviously, the ARDC did the right thing in bringing this case against the former judge.
