BEFORE THE HEARING BOARD:

This complaint speaks for itself. Obviously, the allegations have not been proven at this time. It does illustrate the ARDC’s growing and valid concern that some lawyers are taking advantage of elderly clients who are incapable of making their own decisions or monitoring their affairs.
