ARDC Charges Lawyer With Lying In Citation To Discover Assets Proceeding

BEFORE THE HEARING BOARD:

So often ARDC charges involve the lawyer’s personal life or personal financial matters. This case is no exception. Robert Holstein is accused to lying under oath in a citation to discover assets proceeding. A creditor was attempting to collect money from Holstein and claimed that he lied in the citation to discover assets proceeding.

When asked if he had a credit card, the lawyer allegedly lied about his own credit card account.

These allegations have not been proven and may be disputed at the hearing of this matter.
