ARDC Review Board Recommends 18 Month Suspension for Practicing While Suspended

The ARDC charged David Thomas Odom with practicing law while suspended. The Review Board (the appellate tribunal inside the ARDC) recommended an 18-month suspension.  The Review Board found an aggravating factor – dishonesty, which led to a long suspension.
