BEFORE THE HEARING BOARD:

The charges filed against Kenneth Elliot Yard, include, two convictions for driving while his license was suspended, one charge of driving under the influence of alcohol while his license suspended, failure to report convictions and failure to cooperate in the disciplinary investigation.
