ARDC Files Novoselsky II

BEFORE THE HEARING BOARD:

The ARDC has now filed a second case against David Novoselsky related to his actions in the Zvunca personal injury case.

In Novoselsky I, the Hearing Board recommended a 6 month suspension for Novoselsky. Novoselsky I is now before the ARDC Review Board.
