NOVOSELSKY v. BROWN | Leagle.com:

This is a copy of a decision allowing David Novoselsky to proceed with his lawsuit against the Clerk of the Court, Dorothy Brown. Brown had argued that her actions against Novoselsky were protected by immunity. Judge Charles Norgle rejected that argument.
