Utah Allows Graduate of Canadian Law School to Sit for the Bar Exam

Kelly v. Utah State Bar, 2017 UT 6 – Utah: Supreme Court 2017 – Google Scholar:

Utah has allowed a graduate of a Canadian law school to sit for the bar exam. Utah, like most states, requires that the candidate for admission have been educated at an ABA-accredited law school. The applicant, a graduate of the University of Toronto law school, had ten years experience practicing law in the State of Massachusetts and the Utah Supreme Court granted his application to sit for the exam.
