This is a reciprocal discipline case. This case involves a lawyer who was admitted in Delaware and Maryland. He ran into problems with the disciplinary authorities when he failed to complete CLE and failed to submit his annual registration. In Delaware this conduct merited a censure. In Maryland, however, the lawyer was suspended for one year and was required to apply for reinstatement after that one year suspension was served.
It is noteworthy, that the lawyer had had previous discipline issues in Delaware, including a prior suspension.
