Elder Abuse Nets 9 Month Suspension

The Illinois Review Board has recommended a 9 month suspension for an attorney who converted $13,694.00 from an elderly client. The attorney, Yvor Edouard Stoakley, must also complete the ARDC Professionalism Seminar and make full restitution.
