Are Women More Ethical Lawyers? An Empirical Study by Patricia W. Hatamyar Moore, Kevin M. Simmons :: SSRN:

The study, which is quite long, argues that women lawyers are less likely to violate the ethical rules than men lawyers. Based solely on anecdotal evidence, I tend to agree with the conclusions of this thoughtful article.
