ARDC Hearing Board Recommends Discipline For Lawyer Who Fails To Register

A lawyer failed to register with the ARDC and was removed from the Master Roll. Unfortunately, he continued to handle certain matters for clients. The Hearing Board recommended a 90 day suspension.
