A Warning: In Illinois If You Receive a DUI conviction the ARDC will charge you

BEFORE THE HEARING BOARD:

This complaint arises out of a DUI from 2012.

You would think that an old stale DUI is not worth bothering with, particularly where there is no allegation that the lawyer failed to do what was required of him. But in Illinois the ARDC has chosen to charge this man.
