Legal Ethics Forum: Facebook and Zuckerberg sue DLA Piper and other lawyers for malicious prosecution:

This is a link to a story reported by the Legal Ethics Forum. Facebook, having prevailed in some litigation against an alleged owner of Facebook, has sued the lawyers involved for malicious prosecution. Facebook is alleging that the lawyers did not conduct a sufficient investigation of the facts before bringing the claims.
